With a background in mechanical and industrial engineering as well as an M.B.A., Ali provides unique and key insights in setting and accomplishing project goals to satisfy virtually any client need. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s field crew.

Ali’s diverse experience includes both supervisory and hands-on positions in a variety of firms engaged in wide-ranging construction, production, operational and marketing functions. His keen analysis skills have consistently led to significant growth in overall productivity and efficiency of any project.


Criaig F. Zinserling

Craig has been in the environmental contracting business for nearly two decades. A lifetime resident of Central New York, he is active in the community as well as both local and national environmental associations. He is a member of the:

Environmental Business Council
American Indoor Air Quality Association
Indoor Environmental Association.

Craig currently holds several licenses and certificates including:

Asbestos Contractors license
Certified Microbial Investigator
Certified New York State Microbial Trainer
Certified Microbial Contractor

Before founding CRAL, Craig was a vice president with a national environmental contracting company. He has managed multi-million dollar mold and asbestos projects throughout the United States. Craig has been named one of the area’s “40 under 40” honorees and has helped make CRAL a local economic champion.
